MARILOU & ANDREW are a very easy-going couple, enjoying life in Vermont. They have lived in Vermont for over 20 years and have resided in Waterford since the year 2000. Although their children have grown up and moved out, they moved to Waterford, finding it one of the best places to live and raise a family.

In their spare time, Marilou and Andrew enjoy staying active by taking walks, playing with our dog Wally, and traveling the world experiencing new places/cultures and meeting new people.

Andrew and Marilou Kozak are a hardworking, independent couple with a passion for entrepreneurship and providing excellent customer service. They have been married for over 37 years and have two adult children.

Andrew Kozak is a skilled home builder, home inspector, and property manager with over 40 years of experience in the industry. His expertise in construction and property management led him to become the owner and operator of Vermont Treecabin, a unique lodging experience that offers guests a luxurious stay in the treetops of the Green Mountains.

Marilou Kozak is a people person with a degree in human services. She has a deep love for working with people and is dedicated to providing guests with a warm, welcoming environment during their stay at Vermont Treecabin. Her passion for customer service and attention to detail ensures that every guest has a memorable experience.

Together, Andrew and Marilou are committed to providing exceptional service and hospitality to their guests. They believe in taking a hands-on approach to managing Vermont Treecabin, ensuring that each guest feels welcomed and cared for throughout their stay.

Outside of their business, Andrew and Marilou enjoy spending time with their family, hiking, and exploring the natural beauty of Vermont. They are active members of their community and are committed to giving back through volunteer work and charitable donations.
