I don’t know where to start on how wonderful a time we had staying in the tree cabin. Andrew and Marilou are wonderful hosts and they absolutely value your privacy while your there. We had a incredible time during the three days we stayed and absolutely plan on returning next spring.

 

We had an amazing time at the cozy cabin and especially enjoyed relaxing the hot tub and eating breakfast outside on the deck. The cabin is 100% cozy and was furnished with everything we needed and then some. Also, we had no problem picking up the WiFi signal in the cabin so we were able to get away without feeling totally disconnected. Thanks, Vemont Tree Cabin — hopefully we’ll be back next fall!

 

Marilou and Andrew’s cabin was great. We had the privacy we wanted, but Marilou and Andrew were right there if we needed anything. We were doing a lot of sightseeing and traveling around Vermont, and the cabin was a great home base. We particularly enjoyed the deck and it was great to have a kitchen. We really enjoyed our stay, and I would definitely recommend Marilou and Andrew’s cabin to others looking to enjoy Vermont.

 

We had a wonderful time in this lovely treehouse. We had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The room was spotlessly clean and the hot tub was the icing on the cake. We’d thoroughly recommend staying here for a few nights if you’re in the area!

 

First AirBnB experience and we couldn’t have asked for a better place or host. Andrew and Marilou made us feel welcomed when we first showed up. We spent two nights in the Cabin and it was a very nice and relaxing time. The foliage up in Vermont really made it beautiful. The cabin is amazing. Everything’s there and like most people we enjoyed our waffles in the morning. Great place totally recommend it!

 

As one would expect, you feel like you’re just another creature in the forest when in the treehouse! Andrew has built this cozy retreat with his own hands, and he is rightfully proud. We were somewhat disappointed that the tub had only lukewarm water and were unable to use it. We nevertheless had a wonderful time in this special place in what we consider the most beautiful part of Vermont, the Northeast Kingdom. Andrew and Marilou were a delight and welcoming.

 

This place is a gem. Forget about hotel stays… you will never find the attention to detail and the delightful retreat from the world in any hotel that you will find in Marilou and Andrew’s tree cabin. The hot tub and firepit stole the show, but the bed was incredibly comfortable, the bathroom pristine and upscale, and the natural wood scent of the interior of the cabin are par none. IN FACT, there is no hotel in vermont that I was able to find which had a private outdoor hot tub, let alone woodfired, in all of Vermont. Go for the location, shut yourself in with great local foods, hot tub in the rain or snow, cook on the grill, and pretend YOU had the foresight and skill to build such a wonderful little ‘maison loin de chez soi’. You will not regret it.

 

Spent 3 days in the tree cabin to celebrate our 1st anniversary, and it made for the perfect romantic getaway! Andrew and Marilou were helpful and welcoming from setting up the reservation through checking in and keeping the hot tub cranking. The setting is absolutely beautiful, and the cabin is cozy and comfortable. The kitchenette was well stocked with both dishes and a few staples, so we were able to put together a couple very lovely meals at the cabin. The grill is especially very nice, and even has a stove burner on the side which came in very handy. The hot tub, of course, was a highlight. It was a real treat to sip some drinks and have a soak while looking out at the lovely woods every evening. It is also a short drive to the white mountains, where we were able to take in a lot of sweeping vistas of fall foliage. We’d love to come back and check out the scenic train ride that winds through the mountains. I would highly recommend the tree cabin to anyone. I’m looking forward to coming back again and seeing it in different seasons.

We had a wonderful stay to the Tree Cabin. We were busy visiting family and the cabin was a great place to rest and recharge for the next day. The cabin is charming and romantic with all the amenities you would need. Andrew and Marilou have a special place here. Andrew was great with communication and the check in was easy.
