My husband and I needed time away from our hectic and busy life. We found absolute peace and quiet along with privacy at the cabin in the trees. Andrew our host met us upon arrival and helped us carry our bags and supplies up to the cabin and got us settled in. He also checked up on us during our stay to make sure everything was fine. The grounds and the cabin are well cared for it is comfortable and very clean. It was an ideal place to stay for a complete rest. I would highly recommend staying here. The cabin is reached by a private staircase-stairway, including a well lit wide path, it includes a full bathroom, kitchen dishware and utensils are provided, refrigerator, microwave, a George Forman grill and a full size grill on the large deck, all immaculately kept. The main living area includes a very comfortable full size bed, a reading lamp. HD TV which has great reception. Our hosts were among the more friendly people we have met, they were thoughtful and provided with absolute privacy, answering every question, and making us feel like friends without intruding but it is clear that they are happy to be your host, and that they like to meet new people. This cabin is highly recommended. If I could leave a higher rating I would! I hope to visit again, as this was the perfect place for a restful getaway. We had a lovely three-day weekend in Marilou and Andrew’s cabin. The cabin was already warm and cosy when we arrived, as well as impeccably clean. Andrew was very helpful and available when needed. We made the most of the amenities (especially the waffle maker and the outside grill) and went on a nearby hike. Overall, a great cabin, we would definitely go back.

Marilou & Andrew, your the best. We had a wonderful quiet and peacefull time at the tree cabin although we only stayed 1 night. The next time we come up we will try to stay longer and take advantage of the nice grill on the deck and hopefuly the future hot tub. The Kozaks’ cabin is absolutely amazing, luxurious and down-to-earth at the same time. Real hot water? In a woodside CABIN?? Unbelievable. I would recommend it to anyone without hesitation. We had a wonderful weekend retreat, but I’d also be interested in returning just by myself for a little R&R and reading/writing/being. 🙂

We visited the cabin at the end of October, at the time of the first snowfall in Vermont. The cabin was charming and lovely inside. It was clean and toasty warm on our arrival. The location is perfect for access to many trails in NH and VT and we spent the days exploring outside. At night the staircase leading up to the cabin was well lit and the new grill was perfect for preparing dinner. Marilou and Andrew were gracious hosts and we would highly recommend their cabin to others.

This tree cabin is absolutely magical. Set high up behind the Kozak’s house, it is cozy, comfortable, quiet and stocked with everything you need. Andrew was a very thoughtful and accommodating host. It was the perfect location for a quiet weekend getaway by myself. I hope to come back again sometime.

Marilou and Andrew truly have a most charming property. It was made even more special by the autumn colors, and the fact that Andrew had built it himself. The cabin is thoughtfully stocked with amenities – from toiletteries and towels, to a waffle iron and maple syrup for breakfast, to utensils of all kinds, and even a barbecue on the porch (sadly we couldn’t use it because of the wet weather) The fact that they are very sweet and friendly people only makes it all even better. We wouldn’t think twice about going back to stay there if we get a chance.

This was my first Air bnb experience, and it was the perfect introduction! Andrew was an extremely accommodating and hospitable host. My boyfriend and I met Andrew only briefly when we arrived, but we immediately felt at ease. The tree cabin itself was even better than in the pictures. I’m not sure that any pictures could completely capture how cute, charming, and romantic the tree cabin is! And Andrew had really thought of every detail to make our stay easy and comfortable. Everything was immaculate and felt very new. There were clean fluffy towels and an array of soaps and shampoos all ready for us, the bed was very comfortable, and there were even teas and waffle mix for the morning! In the morning we had our waffles outside, with a postcard-perfect view of leaves falling and turning color in the forest in front of us. The next time we are in the area, I would definitely want to stay here again.
